For a fun, little gift for Christmas, Steve gave me a Sprinkles Cupcake mix. I'd never heard of it before, but I'm sure glad I have now!

Steve bought me the Red Velvet one (which is my favorite!) and I made them the other night. OH MY GOSH were they ever tasty! Included is a very easy cream cheese frosting recipe and it's SO GOOD!
These cupcakes were so yummy, that I just bought two more mixes! This time Vanilla, and another Red Velvet. I also think this would make a sweet little gift!
They come with cute, little toppings (one for each cupcake!) that adds a little fun and color I think :)
I thought they looked real cute wrapped in a clear plastic bag and tied it with a ribbon. I shared a few like that at work :)

I LOVE Sprinkles' cupcakes...there's one in Newport Beach that we always go to. The line is long sometimes but the cupcakes are awesome. I was just on here b/c I'm making the banana bread for Jett (and I'll probably sneak a few pieces for myself). I hope you never take this blog down b/c then I would be left without a lot of my favorite recipes!! xo
