Yummy Cheesy Potatoes

This is another recipe that comes from North Dakota. These potatoes are super good, and are Steve and Jeven's favorite! Hope you like them too :)

2 lbs. frozen Potatoes O' Brien (the kind that have green peppers and onions in them)
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cans Cream Of Chicken soup (I use the Campbell's Healthy Request Cream Of Chicken soup, since I'm allergic to MSG)
season with pepper
2 cups sour cream (I use light)
1/2 melted butter (I use unsalted butter)
1/2 cup chopped onion

Mix ingredients together and pour into a 9X13 baking dish. Bake @ 300* for 2 hours.
