Meatballs

1 1/4 pounds ground sirloin
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce,
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated, fresh Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425*. Grease cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Mix beef and Worcestershire, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper by hand. Roll meat into 1 1/2 inch medium-sized meatballs and place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle. Enjoy with spaghetti and sauce.
