Overnight Caramel Rolls
18 frozen dinner rolls (unbaked dough)
1- 3 5/8 oz. pack of vanilla or butterscotch pudding (not the instant kind). I use 1/2 vanilla and 1/2 butterscotch, and it's so good!
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup pecans (I always add extra pecans, and I use the small pecan bits)
Place rolls evenly in a greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls. In small bowl combine brown sugar and melted butter, and pour over pudding mix. Top with pecans. Place in cold oven and let rise overnight. Take out in the morning (before you preheat the oven), then preheat oven to 350*. Then bake for 2o-25 minutes. Invert onto a serving dish and serve. Not only are these super delicious, but they look really good too :)

This is just before I put it in the oven to sit overnight.
This is how it looked in the morning before I baked it.
I took the pan out of the oven, and while it was still hot, I flipped it over onto a serving platter. Be careful when you do this, it's hot!
And here are the rolls just before we tried them :) MMMM MMMM good!!
