2 T. unsweetened cocoa
3 T. evaporated milk
3 T. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup colored miniature marshmallows
Directions
Preheat oven to 325*, then grease an 8X8 pan.
Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder, and make a well in the center. Stir in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla and beat well to mix thoroughly.
Stir in the cherries and almonds. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until firm on the top. Leave in the pan to cool.
Meanwhile, make the frosting, Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat well to mix to a smooth, just spreading consistency.
Spread the cooled brownies with the frosting, and sprinkle with marshmallows. Let stand until the frosting sets, then cut into squares.
