If you can believe this, these muffins only require THREE ingredients!1 box of Devil's Food cake mix (I like Pillsbury brand)
15 oz. pure pumpkin (in a can, but not the pumpkin pie mix)
1/2 cup water
Mix this all together and fill 12 muffin tins. I used Pam to grease the muffin tins and they popped right out. Bake @ 350* for 18-23 min. These muffins come out really big, and they are the most moist, delicious muffins I've ever had.
thanks Jen..I have made this recipe but used Spiced cake mix or Vanilla/white cake mix with the pure pumpkin..they are sooooo yummy. I'll have to try the Devil's food cake next time!
